PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police are looking for the person who shot a man in western Phoenix. It happened around 9:30 a.m. on Monday night in the 83rd Avenue area and Indian School Road area. The man, who was not identified, died on the scene, the police said. According to Sgt. Ann Justus of the Phoenix Police Department, the man had argued with the suspect. This person had already disappeared when the officers arrived. Further information was not immediately available.
