PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police are investigating a double shootout near 13th Avenue and Monroe Street, which is south of Van Buren Street in Phoenix, and found a man and a woman who were shot. Both were rushed to the hospital in serious condition. The officers are looking for the vehicle of a suspect who they believe is a dark sedan.
