PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Two men were found dead early Sunday morning after a fatal shootout in north Phoenix. Phoenix Police responded to a report of a shooting near 21st Avenue and Thunderbird Road at around 2:30 a.m. When the officers arrived, they found two dead men at the scene. Investigators believe that the two men were involved in an argument with another man shortly before the shooting. The detectives are still working to find out what led to the shooting. The police did not initially provide details about the suspect and the victims. The investigation continues. No further information was released.
