PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A woman died Saturday night after an accident involving two vehicles near 51st Avenue and Van Buren Streets. Andy Williams says it happened around 8:50 p.m. between a silver Chevrolet HHR and a four-door sedan. The driver of the Chevrolet HHR, an unidentified woman, was rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the other car, Dominica Fuller-Cordova, 27, was rushed to hospital in serious condition. She later died of her injuries in hospital, police said.
