PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a teenager in Phoenix early Friday morning. It happened just after midnight in the area north of 24th Street and University Drive, south of Interstate 10. According to Sgt. Vincent Cole, the victim was involved in an altercation with an “unknown man.” It is not clear what started the fight, and police said this “unknown man” had disappeared when officers arrived at the scene.
