PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Three people are in critical condition after a suspected disabled driver caused an accident on Tuesday night in northern Phoenix. According to police, the driver of a silver car crossed the center line and collided with a pickup truck. The driver showed signs that he might be impaired, police said. He already had an arrest warrant for DUI. As soon as he leaves the hospital, he will be sent to jail. Three people are in critical condition after two vehicles crashed in North Phoenix on Tuesday evening.
