PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police are looking for the suspect responsible for a murder in a Phoenix apartment complex Wednesday night. According to Phoenix Police, officers responded at 9 p.m. to a report of a dead man near 21st Avenue and Washington Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found 37-year-old Steven Moralez with obvious signs of trauma. The circumstances of the incident are unknown and are being investigated.
