PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police are looking for witnesses to a fatal hit-and-run accident that occurred early Thursday morning on the west side of Phoenix: 4:00 p.m. Phoenix firefighters pronounced him dead at the scene. Phoenix police say that investigators found debris and evidence suggesting an accident occurred in the area. But when the police arrived there were no witnesses on site.
