PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police are looking for a suspect after three people were shot dead near 12th Avenue and Madison Streets just before 5 a.m. Tuesday morning. Ann Justus confirmed the shooting, saying three adults were hospitalized with injuries. Jupiter says one person has serious injuries and two others have injuries that are not considered life threatening. One victim is a woman and the other two are men between their late twenties and early fifties. (Source: 3TV / CBS 5) Jupiter says that during the investigation the officers learned that a victim had an argument with the suspect and the shooting was for had committed a “deliberate act”. No weapon was found. Several facilities for the homeless are located in the area where the shootings took place, which is between the State Capitol and the heart of downtown.
