The infrared sauna franchise continues to grow with its upcoming debut in the Phoenix suburbs

These deals mark the brand’s debut in Arizona with the first studio slated to open in Gilbert on the first weekend in February 2022.
Behind a signed agreement to relocate to the southeastern suburbs of Phoenix are local entrepreneurs Steve and Dodie Bell, who are no strangers to the Phoenix business world. The Bell’s have spent more than 25 years in the marketing industry, working as the founders and CEOs of their printing, advertising and marketing company Tag Media + Ink, based in the Phoenix area. Bell’s first studio in Gilbert at 4865 S Higley Road is currently under construction as part of the multi-unit agreement.
“Physical activity and mindfulness are not alien to us. But we were new to the infrared sauna, and after having our first session almost a year ago, we’re excited to bring this holistic approach to wellness – physically and mentally – closer to everyone in the Phoenix community, ”says Steve Bell. “It only took us a few months in 2020 to fall in love with this unique concept, and now we can’t wait to share the benefits of 40-minute uninterrupted sauna sessions with our community.”
A second new franchisee in the market is Maureen Rzeppa, who worked in the financial sector as a managing partner for around 20 years, where she worked as CFO and COO for an asset management company. Rzeppa’s departure from the company marked the beginning of her entrepreneurial career. She has always been passionate about wellness and given Perspire’s business model and the benefits of infrared saunas, she decided this would be a great new concept for the Phoenix market and community. As part of Rzeppa’s agreement, she plans to open 3 studios in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets.
