PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A pedestrian who was hit at an intersection in Phoenix is fighting for his life on Saturday night. According to Phoenix Police, the person was hit by a vehicle on 40th Street and Cactus Road tonight and taken to a nearby hospital in extremely critical condition. The driver stayed at the scene and cooperates with detectives. The police were unable to provide the name, age, or gender of the pedestrian.
