A borough in the north of Phoenix is expanding, bringing 162 new single-family homes to the area. Last week, Cachet Homes announced that it had purchased 66.7 acres of land in Norterras Union Park along 19th Avenue, north of Happy Valley Road. Cachet Homes, an Arizona-based luxury home developer, bought the land as part of a partnership with IHP Capital Partners, an investor in the transaction. According to a press release, the companies will be involved in the development and construction of 102 alley-loaded properties and 60 traditional front-loaded properties, particularly in the semiconductor industry, ”said Eric Koff, senior vice president at IHP Capital Partners. “Union Park in Norterra is a vibrant, mixed-use community in a sprawling desert landscape with a wealth of amenities. IHP is excited to partner with Cachet Homes, a well-known and respected construction company in the Phoenix area, to deliver much-needed new homes with character and a preferred lifestyle Miles north of downtown Phoenix. About 700 residents currently live in the community with about 304 completed houses, the press release said. Two styles will be available – designed to reflect Spanish architectural styles, desert artisans, and mission revival architectures. The houses will be between 2,272 square meters and 4,115 square meters, depending on the model. The prices will be announced in 2022.
