PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A man sits in the Maricopa County Jail and is accused of murdering his ex-wife’s boyfriend. While not a love triangle, the neighbors were both confused and surprised by the shooting. The shooting occurred shortly before 10 p.m. in the neighborhood southeast of 35th and Glendale Avenues, not far from Ocotillo Elementary School. The area was full of cars. “I think everyone was just more shocked, a bit shaken that something like this would happen so close to home,” said neighbor Jacob Polley, who heard a lot of what was going on. “All of my neighbors came out.
