PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A man is in critical condition after a double shootout in Phoenix early Thursday morning. Phoenix police say they received a report of a shooting near 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road just before 4 a.m. When the officers showed up, they found a man who had been shot. He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police later learned that a second victim, also a man, was being treated to another hospital for a gunshot wound. It has been determined that his injuries are not life threatening. No information on suspects was released. Investigators are still working to find out what led to the shooting.
