PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A man was found shot dead in an apartment in northern Phoenix early Saturday morning. He was identified as 25-year-old Elijah Hassan Muhammad. Phoenix Police Sgt. Ann Justus says the officers reacted to an apartment complex near 19th Avenue and Bell Road around 1:30 a.m. Further details were not published. Anyone who has any clues is asked to call the police.
