PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – One man has died and another man is in custody after being stabbed in Phoenix on Saturday night. The Phoenix Police were called near 23rd Avenue and Indian School Road at around 8 p.m. a man had been stabbed and taken to hospital in critical condition. The man was later pronounced dead in the hospital. Ann Justus with the Phoenix Police, the man was involved in an argument with three other people before the stabbing took place. Later on Sunday afternoon, police arrested 23-year-old Luis Humberto Perez Soto during the investigation. Police say Perez Soto and the victim knew each other but did not elaborate on their relationship. Perez Soto was sent to jail. It is not known what led to the knife wounds.
