PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Investigators try to find out what led to a fatal shooting in a neighborhood west of Phoenix on Thursday night. Phoenix police said they were called to the 91st Avenue and Camelback Road area around 8 p.m. after reports of a shooting had been reported. When the officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot. Paramedics took the man to a local hospital in an ambulance, where he later died.
