PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Detectives arrested a man accused of accidentally shooting his teenage brother overnight in western Phoenix. According to Phoenix Police, 29-year-old Willie Jamar Jones accidentally fired a gun near 67th Avenue and McDowell Road from 3 a.m. Thursday. The bullet hit his 16-year-old brother. Jones’ younger brother was rushed to hospital with serious injuries, but they are not considered life threatening. Jones was jailed for aggravated assault and misconduct with guns.
