PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – For most drivers, going through a car wash is part of the routine. However, a recent visit to a Phoenix car wash called Quick Quack turned into a two-month saga for Thalia Flores. Quick Quack Car Wash in Phoenix. As soon as Flores got out of the car wash, she recorded a video on her cell phone showing her broken windshield. She also alerted the car wash manager, who documented the mishap with an incident report. But it wasn’t just the windshield that was damaged. Flores’ car also had chipped paint and small systematic dents that stretched from its hood to the trunk, all due to that broken car wash brush. But the rental car was long gone and the damage to her car was never repaired – for a whole two months. Flores has received three quotes to fix her dented car, but after handing them over to Quick Quacks manager, she claims communications have been silent for the past two months. “I think they think, ‘Oh, this is just a little girl, she’s filling her head with lies, and she’s going to stop bothering us,” said Flores.3 On Your Side interfered, and after doing Quick Quack didn’t Called, I went to the car wash myself and found that we were not allowed inside. So we spoke to the only member of staff out there and asked for help. “I’m Gary Harper with 3 on your side. Is there anyone I can speak to regarding management issues?” A manager at Quick Quack eventually called me back and said he had a check for $ 3,500 that Flores could pick up and that he always intended to give it to her, even though it was two months ago. And with that, says Flores, she could finally collect her money. “Without 3 On Your Side, I would never have got my money. So thank you for your help,” said Flores. Because of this, the company goes through security measures to ensure that this doesn’t happen again. Quick Quack’s statement: “The customer’s vehicle was damaged during the washing process because our team left a hose in the showroom. We cover the repair costs and the cost of the rental car. We understand them. We are concerned about the time it takes to resolve the issue, but we want to make sure we do everything in our power to take care of this customer. We are working with our team to strengthen security protocols to avoid such incidents in the future We can maintain our vision of being quick. Clean.
