PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police say an argument between two men ended in a fatal shootout in Phoenix on Tuesday. It happened in a parking lot near 83rd Avenue and Indian School Road. At around 3:15 p.m., the police responded to a call to shoot in the area. When the officers got there, they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition but later died. Police believe the man was in a car with another man, and the two got into an argument that escalated into a shootout.
