PHOENIX – The restaurateur Sam Fox from Arizona opens a luxury hotel in Phoenix. The internationally-inspired 141-room hotel called The Global Ambassador “will inspire and attract travelers from around the world to explore Phoenix in a new way,” Fox said in a statement Monday announcing the news .
