PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A man accused of wanting to meet a 16-year-old girl at home alone in Phoenix was surprised when he got to the house. Phoenix police say Robert Rogers arrived at the place where he was scheduled to meet a 16-year-old girl on Aug. 6. Rogers reportedly thought the girl would be home alone. Instead, undercover officers went into custody upon arrival and immediately took Rogers into custody. Phoenix Police shared a video of the arrest on their Facebook page Friday afternoon.
