Nikkolas Quinones, 27, has been charged with grievous bodily harm against an officer, control of an officer’s tools, riot and illegal gathering. According to court records, Quinones rushed to the line, “aggressively and deliberately” grabbed an officer’s shield and made a serious assault. The officers used pepper spray to stop him. Elizabeth Urias, 26, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, riot and unlawful gathering on two counts.
