PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Four people are dead and nine more are in the hospital after a fiery accident that brought the Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway to a standstill overnight. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, a semi-trailer truck carrying a tanker truck full of milk broke up due to a traffic jam, but did not slow down and plow into multiple vehicles.
