PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A 3-year-old girl who was found unconscious in a pool of an apartment complex in Phoenix on Monday has been hospitalized around 6:30 p.m. when the firefighters arrived, a bystander was doing CPR on the little one Girl through. According to the fire department, the toddler was not breathing at this point. Paramedics did the resuscitation work before taking her to the hospital. On Tuesday morning, Phoenix police confirmed the girl had died in the hospital. The officers have classified the investigation as accidental drowning.
