PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A 3-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital after being pulled out of a pool. It happened on Sunday evening at an apartment complex near 40th Street and Baseline Road. When the firefighters arrived at the scene, the child was not breathing, the firefighters said. The crews immediately began resuscitation measures.
