PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A man died on Sunday morning after a shooting in an apartment complex in Phoenix. Phoenix Police Sgt. Andy Williams says the shooting took place around 11:45 am near 15th and Missouri Avenues. When the officers arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been shot. The man was taken to hospital in critical condition, where he later died. The man was identified as 19-year-old Issac Luis Arechiga. The officials continue to investigate.
