PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – One man is dead and another was hospitalized after a shooting in an apartment complex in Phoenix. According to Phoenix Police, officers responded to an apartment complex near 35th Avenue and Dunlap Avenue around 8:30 p.m. for reports of a shooting. The officers arrived and found two men shot dead. A man later identified as 46-year-old Luis Rivera Urquijo died on the scene, and the other person was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, police said.
