  1. A partnership between Harvard Investments, Toll Brothers and Värde Partners bought the master plan Estrella Community in Goodyear for $ 212.5 million. The new owners plan to develop the community further by 18,000 hectares of land dedicated to mixed use. New houses are badly needed in Phoenix amid persistent housing shortages. (Phoenix patch)
  2. The Phoenix Educational Community, along with Northern Arizona University, is launching this first teacher residency program in an effort to that Teacher shortage.
