- Greater Phoenix showed 8.3 percent growth in office rent from 2019 to 2021, partly because of Tech jobs growth. That brings Phoenix in Seventh place among US cities for office rent growth. Growth was special strong in Tempe, more than 13 percent. (AZ Large Media)
