AVONDALE, AZ (3TV / CBS 5) – DPS soldiers investigate a crash in the wrong direction in the West Valley. At around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, witnesses called 911 and said a driver was driving south in the north lanes of the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway in the Glendale Avenue area. The driver continued in the wrong direction, drove east on Interstate 10, and crashed into another vehicle in the 99th Avenue area.
