TOLLESON, AZ (3TV / CBS 5) – One woman has died and two more were rushed to hospital Saturday morning after an accident in Tolleson. The late woman was identified as 29-year-old Amanda Sue Wunderlee. The police said she was visiting from abroad. Tolleson Police responded to an accident near 91st Avenue and Garfield Street around 9:30 a.m. Officials believe the driver of a Nissan Titan was racing north and crossing into the south lane when he hit the passenger side of a Ford vehicle. Wunderlee, who sat in the passenger seat, did not survive, according to the police. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to hospital in serious condition.
