PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – One man is dead and another is seriously injured after a shooting at a Phoenix hotel early Sunday morning. (Source: 3TV / CBS 5) Police arrested 25-year-old Ebony Willis in connection with the shooting on August 24th. The shooting occurred around 5 a.m. near 44th and Van Buren Streets. Phoenix Police Sgt. Andy Williams says when officers arrived at the scene, they found two men with gunshot wounds. One of the men, later identified as the 27-year-old Dallas Summers, was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was taken to hospital in critical condition. Williams says witnesses told them they heard screams and an argument before the shooting. Willis has been charged with first degree murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault.
