PHOENIX–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Students and PhD students from the University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies will attend the sessions of the 23rd International Leadership Association (ILA) global conference “Reimagining Leadership Together”, which will take place in person on October 20 in Geneva, Switzerland – 23 and virtually from October 24th to 25th.
The event aims to encourage collaboration amidst current, complex issues, taking into account how leadership can be a stronger catalyst for social and ecosystem progress and create the conditions for more equitable relationships across rifts and conflicts. The event offers over 400 presentations, workshops and panels with moderators from all over the world, in person and live online.

Kimberly Underwood, Ph.D., Chair, Center for Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Research, University of Phoenix, will speak on two different topics: “Exploring Leadership Through Good Organizational Diversity Socialization Process” and “10 Years Later: Examining Leadership Perspectives of Millennials at work.”

Renee Green, DM, Director of Academic Affairs for the University of Phoenix in Hawaii campus, will chair two separate panels: “The Dark Side of Leadership: Some Women in Leadership Are More Likely to Sabotage Than Supporting Other Women” and “African American Women in Leadership.” Rethinking: Empowering Big Thinking to Address Systemic Rassism “and will give a lecture on” Leadership Education: Here, There, and Everywhere “. and “Using student perception and feedback to improve leadership training.”
