PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Three people were injured after an accident near 7th Avenue and Broadway Road early Sunday morning. Andy Williams says the accident happened around 1:30 a.m. Officials learned that a Nissan Frontier had collided with a Nissan Altima in the intersection. The man and woman at Altima were seriously injured and rushed to hospital. The woman, Williams says, has life-threatening injuries. The Frontier driver was also taken to the hospital. The man in the frontier was slightly injured. The lane will be closed while the officers continue the investigation. No further information was published.
