► Click here to see 3TV live. PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A person is dead after a rollover accident in Phoenix early Thursday morning. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred in the southern lanes of Interstate 17 just south of The Stack Interchange just after 2am in the morning, DPS says the Phoenix Police Department will help with the investigation. No further details have been released, but Gina Maravilla, the Arizona family traffic expert, will follow the information as it develops. ADOT says I-17 going south on Interstate 10 has been closed to investigation and all traffic has been diverted onto I-10.
