ANTHEM, AZ (3TV / CBS 5) – Several people were rushed to the hospital after a car accident on Saturday and traffic jammed on Interstate 17 north of Phoenix. Details were not immediately available. DPS said its first information was that the incident was a “multiple vehicle collision, multiple injuries” and that “multiple people are being transported”. The area showed a trail that led past the wreck. By 12.40 p.m. the scene was cleared and the traffic seemed to be moving again. Arizona’s family reached out to DPS for more information. We’ll update this story as soon as we learn more.
