(Arizona Department of Transportation Traffic Camera) PHOENIX – The southbound lanes on Interstate 17 were temporarily closed Monday morning following a rollover wreck west of downtown Phoenix. According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the highway was completely closed at around 8:30 a.m. on 19th Avenue. The closure was eventually moved back to the Durango Street Exit. The left lane reopened around 9:40 a.m., ADOT said. Lanes fully reopened around 10:30 a.m. Traffic cameras initially showed a semi-trailer truck spanning all of the lanes near 19th Avenue on the Durango Curve.
