BOCA RATON, Florida., Oct 18, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Phoenix Tower International (“Phoenix“) and Outremer Telecom announced today that they have entered into an exclusivity agreement regarding the acquisition Phoenix of 203 radio towers, along with newly built radio towers over 10 years in the French West Indies as part of a build-to-suit program. The above transaction would expand and consolidate Phoenix’s Leading position as the largest provider of tower infrastructure in the market with over 437 towers and expanding its presence throughout the industry Europe and the Caribbean. The transaction is subject to the usual conditions precedent for this type of transaction.
