Phoenix developer kicks off industrial project north of Fort Worth

A developer from Phoenix broke ground for an industrial project north of Fort Worth.

Creation Equity is building the Northmark Commerce Center on Beach Street and Old Denton Road in Haltom City. The 234,478 square foot warehouse and industrial building is being built in partnership with Dallas’ Crow Holdings.

Construction of the center is expected to be completed by the end of next year. Holt Lunsford Commercial is marketing the building.

“While North Fort Worth is becoming increasingly difficult to find high quality infill land locations, the Northmark Commerce Center is coming at the perfect time,” Holt Lunsford’s Matt Carthey said in a statement. “Creation delivers a project that serves today’s industrial users in a fresh, innovative way.”

George Jennings and Hogan Harrison from Carthey and Holt Lunsford are leasing the project.

The Northmark Commerce Center is one of four projects that Creation Equity is working on with Crow Holdings. It is the company’s second project in Haltom City.

Creation Equity has just sold its four-building 820 Exchange Industrial Park near Northeast Loop 820 to a fund sponsored by CBRE Investment Management.

The developer has planned several business parks in North Texas.

Creation Equity is building the Mesquite 635 industrial project on the southeast corner of Interstate 635 and US Highway 80. The 542,826 square meter industrial and logistics project will include three buildings.
