Two local real estate teams will be on their own show on the A&E cable channel, where the teams only had six weeks to turn an entire house inside out.

“Triple Digit Flip” is a take on home flipping, and the stars of the show are Phoenix-based house flippers Pace Morby and Jamil Damji. The two, who are actually competitors in the local market, started working on flips together, and that was what caught producers’ attention.

“He and I work together here on site, we exchange deals, we will do things together, even though we are competitors.

The show will follow the teams around the valley as they flip over the dingy neighborhood houses, like a house in Tempe.

“Our business is identifying these types of properties, negotiating them, buying them, and then using our resources to improve the property and then selling them on the retail market. So we’re basically recycling old, dilapidated houses, ”said Damji.

The team says what makes this renovation show different from the others is that viewers can see the project from start to finish.

“It doesn’t really give you an understanding of how that works. How do you want to make money? Where can I find such a deal? said Damji. “We actually go into the process of how we find this house, how I identify myself, how we decide whether to renovate this house or this house.”

You can find the game times in the local entries.
