PHOENIX – Two more restaurants have announced new locations in downtown Phoenix, including one that already has a location in the West Valley.
Washington-based Trapper’s Sushi Co. rented 3,500 square feet in downtown CityScape for the restaurant’s second location in Valley, after one in Avondale.
“We are excited to open our new facility in Arizona,” said CEO Trapper O’Keefe. “Our Avondale location was a great success and the concept was well received by the community. We are very grateful for all the support that Arizona Trapper’s Sushi has already shown. “
The location is hiring 50 positions, including sushi chefs, chefs, hosts, and servers, and is hosting a hiring event at the location at 2 E. Jefferson St. September 23-26, 11 am-5pm
The location will include seven flat screen TVs, a fully stocked bar and an outdoor seating area.
