PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – Police are working to clean up a multiple vehicle accident in which a car hit a wall at an intersection in west Phoenix on Wednesday morning. The accident happened just before 8 a.m. on 87th Avenue and Indian School Road am Phoenix Police Sgt. Andy Williams said a driver heading south ran over a red light and collided with another vehicle heading west drove. (Source: 3TV / CBS 5) The man who went south was rushed to hospital in critical condition, Williams said. The occupants of the car going west, a woman and a child, were also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Further details were not immediately known.
