PHOENIX – ABI Multifamily has arranged the sale of Westover Parc Apartments, an apartment building at 6515 W. McDowell Road, Phoenix. The asset traded for $ 41.6 million, or $ 260,156 per unit. The names of the buyer and seller have not been published.
Westover Parc Apartments were built on 16.1 acres in 2002 and have 160 units in a mix of one-bedroom / one-bath, two-bedroom / two-bath, and three-bedroom / two-bath floor plans. The apartments have patios / balconies, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and large washers / dryers.
Communal facilities include a rental office, swimming pool, fitness center, barbecue areas, picnic areas, dog park, two pavilions, guarded / controlled access, open / covered parking spaces and garages.
