Southbound I-17 reopens after rollover accident PHOENIX – Southbound Interstate 17 near 19th Avenue in Phoenix has reopened after a tractor-trailer rollover accident. The accident occurred during the morning commute on May 3. A video from SkyFOX showed the truck sitting on its side, blocking all lanes. The extent of the injuries is currently unknown.
