- Phoenix is that No. 1 new home destination for people who are looking for move out of Los Angeles, according to Redfin.com. In October, Phoenix was the one No. 2 metro area in the country for home buyers who want to move. (AZ Big Media)
- The cost of living in the Valley has increased over the past year faster than the rest of the nation, at 7.1 percent.
