The Pearl Biltmore was developed in collaboration with Mesirow and is a development with 472 units in Highland and 24th Street. The community has 19 unique floor plans, ranging from studios to one to three bedroom configurations, ranging from 476 to 1,154 square feet. Apartment block features and finishes include quartzite countertops and glass tile back walls, with select units outfitted with moveable kitchen islands, walk-in glass showers, and whirlpool tubs. A two-story fitness center with cardio and weight training areas stands out as one of the facilities most likely to be popular with residents. Pearl Biltmore luxury retailer sits on 5 acres in Phoenix’s Biltmore District, one of the most desirable submarkets in one of the strongest multi-family markets in the country. It is surrounded by 7.4 million square feet of Class A office space, medical office buildings, resorts, and a large number of shopping and dining options. Nearby malls include Biltmore Fashion Park, a luxury outdoor retail and restaurant space with more than 610,000 square feet of retail space. Upscale stores include names like Ralph Lauren, Saks Fifth Avenue, Sephora, Arthaus, and lululemon Athletica. In addition, thanks to its proximity to 51 Piestewa and the Camelback Corridor, Pearl Biltmore offers residents convenient access to much of the Valley of the Sun. Phoenix College, the University of Arizona, and Arizona State University are all 11 to 12 minutes away. Several opportunities for outdoor recreation are also nearby. These include the Tonto National Forest, Steele Indian School Park, and Desert Storm Park, all of which are five to eight minutes’ drive from the apartment complex. Earlier this month, Phoenix was named as one of the markets with the highest rental growth in the fourth quarter.
