PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – With Phoenix dealing with an insurmountable demand for housing, an Arizona-based home builder is looking to pick up the surge in home buying with a new luxury brand and community in northern Phoenix. Camelot Homes says it launched the “G3” brand to differentiate between new, modern and contemporary new builds. The first project to be built under this name is Paradigm, a residential complex to be built west of Cave Creek Road between Greenway Road and Sweetwater Avenue. “It’s exciting to be part of this new brand and this new project,” said third generation house builder Trent Hancock. “We have a vision for what is missing in the market and we look forward to building energy-efficient luxury entry-level homes, adopting new architectural styles and ultimately testing new ideas … exploring the limits of what is possible.” The 12-Lot Community will include one- and two-story homes with contemporary designs from local architecture firm The Ranch Mine, which it claims is a three-time national award-winning architectural group. Paradigm is a collaboration between Hancock and Joseph Bruner of the County Road Company. Bruner’s father found the land for the project. “When we found this property, we seized the opportunity to build something very special in this beautiful place,” says Bruner. “My family has been friends with the Hancocks for years, so we knew immediately that Camelot would be the ideal partner for this project.” To five bathrooms and garages for two or three cars. Homeowners and visitors alike can immerse themselves in the scenic views of the Lookout Mountain Preserve. The groundbreaking is planned for November and the community is scheduled to open in 2022. Prices start at a high $ 700,000 and advance booking is available. To learn more, click here. Copyright 2021 KPHO / KTVK (KPHO Rundfunkgesellschaft). All rights reserved.
