Thanks to the support of LFE as a patron of Young Food Hall, Woolworths Young and Aldi for their food donations, the Food Hall has had another successful year serving families in the Hilltops community. Many local producers have also donated food and the public have made monetary donations for which we are always grateful. The Food Hall continued to open as an essential service during the COVID-19 restrictions and continues to provide economic aid and a friendly social outlet for customers after 7 years of operation. The Food Hall’s success is a collaborative effort, but it could be without our wonderful volunteers the doors do not open. A big thank you to all of you. As our volunteers deserve a well-deserved rest, the facility will be closed for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years. The last shop + Christmas bonus shop is Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Young Food Hall will reopen on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 9 a.m.
