
PHOENIX (3TV / CBS 5) – A woman was arrested after pulling into another car in downtown Phoenix early Friday morning when she was handicapped down on Camelback Road near Central Avenue early Friday morning when the 42- year-old Thalia J. Begaye pulled the vehicle behind her with her red SUV, according to the police. Court documents show that Begaye ran away from the scene after the accident. The police found her nearby and said she had a strong alcohol odor from her breath, slurred speech, and bloodshot eyes of the effect. The maximum speed at the scene of the accident is 35 km / h. The limousine passenger, 37-year-old Andreanna Blaine, was rushed to hospital in extremely critical condition but later died of her injuries. The limo driver is in hospital with a spinal injury.
